Railmark is looking for a Site Supervisor to manage the Railcar Switching and Box Car Prep operation
- Employee Scheduling
- Inspection of Rail Cars
- Assigning work
- Railcar Switching
- Inspection, maintenance, and repair of track
- Preparation and transmission of daily paperwork
- Cost control of site
- Inventory Management
- Local Supply Procurement
- Care, maintenance scheduling, cleaning of company vehicles and equipment
- Proper reporting of daily operations
- Ensuring all work happens safely, to company standards, and withing company values
- Identifying prospective customers and working with Operations Director and Marketing to grow business in the local market
- Any other duties that may arise

Experience:
- Railroad: 2 years (Required)
- Railroad Track Inspection/Maintenace: 1 year (Required)

Compensation: $57,500.00 - $66,500.00 per year
